Paid Social Buyer

Mission: We are seeking a Paid Social Buyer who will manage and own the paid media management and performance of a large book of business. This role flawlessly builds, analyses, and supports paid social campaigns for their clients. They are the owner of paid social campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting for their accounts. This role will require a blend between creative strategy and logical reasoning with a strong understanding of paid social buying, data storytelling, and display. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a digital marketing agency previously, who is a people person, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and relishes taking complete ownership of their accounts. The ideal candidate will have a never-ending thirst for knowledge, an affinity towards efficiency and resourcefulness, and overall a desire to serve our clients with everything you do.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid social strategy day-to-day on key accounts, reading and interpreting data daily to ensure accounts are achieving and exceeding positive CPA and RoAS targets

  • The role requires commitment to driving innovative paid media solutions, flawless execution, reporting and process optimization

  • Develop and implement innovative media strategies that help client achieve brand, marketing, communications and sales objectives using inputs from clients, social media monitoring tools, competitive analyses and secondary research

  • Paid media planning and placement, audience development, budgeting and spend tracking, copywriting, placement, optimization and reporting

  • Determine expected targets and KPIs for each media plan and track progress against actuals to ensure delivery to plan, pivoting as needed to exceed revenue goals and client expectations

  • Become an expert on your client’s category and competitors on social, acting as a go-to social expert for Account, Creative, and Media

  • Foster relationships with key clients as needed to become a trusted strategic resource

  • Collaborate closely with media to identify the right placements to bring the strategy and creative to life and execute paid social campaigns across channels

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all concepts are social-forward and align with user behaviors on the platforms; identify opportunities to experiment and push the boundaries

  • Builds, deploys, and manages multiple ad campaigns including but not limited to audience research, account setup, campaign configuration, and implementation, always looking for new ways to improve advertising results across all channels to drive client results

  • Provides consistent optimization of campaigns; recommends, implements, and reports optimization recommendations for performance improvement.

  • Connects the dots between data, creative, and media buying to drive profitable customer acquisition for our clients

  • Maintaining a risk management mindset, always thinking ahead to protect and grow the client’s health through relationship management

  • Plays a strong role in delivering white-glove lifecycle service to our clients, providing excellent customer communication, especially in terms of our larger client relationships

Paid Search Buyer

Mission: We are seeking a talented Paid Search Buyer to be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall SEM strategy for our clients. This includes a wide variety of duties such as campaign development & management (search, display, performance max, video & discovery), keyword research, budget pacing, ad copy creation, reporting, as well as daily, weekly, monthly optimizations working toward client goals. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a digital marketing agency previously, who is a people person, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and relishes taking complete ownership of their accounts. This role requires a strong foundation in SEM account structures, ad types, and analysis. A blend between creative strategy and logical reasoning with a strong understanding of paid search, data storytelling, and display. The ideal candidate will have a never-ending thirst for knowledge, an affinity towards efficiency and resourcefulness, and overall a desire to serve our clients with everything you do.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SEM rollout for clients of various sizes, budgets, and verticals including the planning, development, an implementation of strategies.

  • Provide white-glove service to our client by working with them from the creation through on-boarding and launch, implementing strategy, developing tracking and measurement plans, analyzing, optimizing and reporting throughout the life of the campaign.

  • Identify the company’s buyer persona to better target audiences leading to the expansion and growth of our client accounts within CAC allowables and ensuring budget awareness.

  • Develop a successful PPC strategy, associated KPIs such as redirects, click rates and bounce rates to track performance to deliver results.

  • Performs regular keyword reach to ensure optimization and ROI Maximization

  • Analyzes and pinpoints deficiencies, suggests improvement for optimization and implements in a timely manner.

  • Develops an in-depth understanding of client needs and establishes a cohesive, trusting relationship.

  • Collaborates internally with the Growth Strategist and account team to ensure successful delivery of projects for our clients.

  • Educates clients about the latest strategies, stay on top of the latest news, trends, blog posts, and software to elevate performance.
