Systemic change through entrepreneurship

Stealth Impact Lab’s “Microfinance & Mentorship” division is a not-for-profit organization that helps inspire and empower the next generation of young entrepreneurs of color with the funds and skill sets they need to succeed. We do this through providing $2500 - $5000 grants to low-income, teenage entrepreneurs paired with an ecommerce bootcamp that teaches the fundamentals of launching a profitable online business. Our dream is to help the next generation of job creators to create online businesses that harness the power of the internet to make the world a better place.

How We Do It

Funding the underserved and “unfundable”

Our grants and mentoring help give young entrepreneurs of color access to expert resources, opportunities and hope. Entrepreneurs we support have a social give-back element built into their financial business model from the start.

Pairing young entrepreneurs with mentors

Our team here at Stealth leverages their professional superpowers to help mentor our young entrepreneurs to teach them what they know about ecommerce, media buying and digital marketing. Additionally, we’ve created a network of successful entrepreneurs who help take our “students” under their wing throughout our program.

Offering real-world experience and opportunities

Our program helps plant seeds for the future by fostering business acumen needed to thrive in the new state of the world. While our objective is to help grow social entrepreneurs, most importantly we are bringing forth possibilities and potential of young people to possess the skills, creativity and drive to be financially successful in whatever path they choose.
